Step 1: Find the cause of the acne and address it. This is usually diet and lifestyle, skincare with many other variables.

Step 2: Gut health – research is showing us that a healthy gut reduces internal inflammation and increases nutrient absorption.All needed to restore a healthy functioning skin

Step 3: Topical correction with in clinic personalised skin treatments.

Step 4: A Daily skincare regime AM and PM individually recommended by your skincare therapist

How long?

Somewhere between 6 months to 18 month of dedicated commitment.This will vary for every client depending on how the skin is presenting and the factors involved.
