What’s the difference between the Advanced Skin Analysis and the Skin Discovery Package
The Advanced Skin Analysis includes your digital skin scan, consultation, and a personalised plan. The Skin Discovery Package) includes all of the above plus your first bespoke skin treatment on the same day.
Do I need to prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with a clean face- no make-up, SPF, or skincare products. This allows us to carry out your skin analysis accurately.
Is the consultation suitable for all skin types and concerns?
Yes. Whether you’re dealing with acne, rosacea, pigmentation, dryness, or just want healthier skin, our skin-first approach is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive or reactive skin.
Can I book a consultation online if I can’t visit the clinic?
Absolutely. Our Online Consultations are ideal if you’re not local. We’ll ask you to complete a pre-consultation form and send photos of your skin. You’ll receive the same expert guidance, plus a personalised plan emailed to you afterwards.
Will I get ongoing support after my consultation?
Yes. All clients receive a follow-up email with a skincare plan and product recommendations. For online consultations, we also offer a complimentary check-in call 4–6 weeks later.
